Equipotential Bonding Between Desks

surge protective device is installed in the desk room, and equipment and housing within the desk room are connected to surge protector using an S-type equipotential bonding method.

Movable 50x0.5mm copper platinum strips are arranged under the floor columns in a 1200x1200mm grid pattern. 30x3mm (40x4mm) copper strips are looped between desks. These strips are dedicated and have grounding terminals. Soft copper wire is braided and grounded with all metal materials in the desk room, then fed into the building's protective floor.

All grounding wires (including equipment, surge protection device, cable ducts, etc.), metal cable ducts, and crossovers must be short, flat, and straight. The grounding resistance must not exceed 1 ohm.
